Health Tip
The most impt. meal of the day: BREAKFAST

Why?
- After being on a fasted state for 6-8 hours, its crucial to immediately feed your body.

Tip:
-Always take a multi-vitamin. FYI,multi-vits are not only for bodybuilders, its a daily supplement every healthy person takes.

Where to get it?
-Anywhere and its cheap too. Can get one at roughly $30??

Most people sacrifice health for work and in the end, they fall ill and end up spending all they earn for their medical bills.
Don't be like them.....health 1st then work! =)

To those who are walking a lonely road in pursue of their dreams
Chowing down tasteless boiled chicken breasts while everyone is having a feast.

Going to the gym while everyone is going home.

Training alone while everyone is at the party.

Preparing and packing food to school while everyone buys from the canteen.

Fighting the temptation to eat clean everytime while everyone is stuffing themselves with candies.

Sacrificing my late night televevision show just to get 8 hrs of sleep while everyone is enjoying their show.

Waking up early on weekends just to do cardio while everyone is still sleeping.

Walking a lonely road?? you're not the only one,my friends....

The question you should ask yourself is "Do you want to be common or uncommon?"

If your answer is "uncommon". Then i'm with you my fellow friends because when the smoke is clear and people start chanting your name....all these will be worth it.

The Daily Motivator
Things you can and cannot change
There are things that you can change, and there are things that you cannot change. Both have much value.
The things you can change can enable you to create, to achieve, to express yourself, and to improve the world in which you live. The things you cannot change give you the opportunity to grow stronger, to develop real wisdom, patience, acceptance, flexibility and effectiveness.

There is much you can learn from the things you cannot change. And there are countless ways to positively apply that learning toward the things you can change.

The things you cannot change give you a base from which to work. The things you can change give you an ever-increasing world of possibilities.

When you accept what you cannot change and find positive ways to deal with it, you lay the groundwork for success. When you understand what you can change and find positive ways to put that change to work, success and achievement are yours.

You are fortunate to live in a world where there are things you can change and things you cannot. As each moment arrives, you're in a position to make the best of it all.
